Lindsey’s therapy style is creative, compassionate, motivational, goal-oriented, non-judgmental, forthright and supportive.
Lindsey earned her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from The University of Toledo. Lindsey has worked with clients of all ages and has experience working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and low self-esteem. She especially enjoys working with couples to help them build a healthy relationship with one another. She has completed level 1 and 2 of the Gottman Method Couples Therapy training. Lindsey is also trained in EMDR therapy and specializes in helping those who are working through past or present trauma. She is also happy to integrate spirituality into the counseling experience.
Lindsey utilizes a creative approach, integrating a multitude of therapies specific to the individual need. These therapies include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Client Centered Therapy. Her goal as a therapist is to come alongside each client and help provide a non- judgmental environment in which each client feels empowered, equipped and finds healing and peace, allowing them the freedom to enjoy their life to the fullest.
